I can’t begin to describe how extremely happy we are that we ran into Tammie and Cassie during one of their open houses. At the time we had already tried looking for homes with another realtor and it was not a very pleasant experience. That particular day we met the Sold Sisters, we had just re started our journey to try and buy a house again. We had a casual conversation with Tammie and explained our situation and she was very respectful and her ability to just listen was incredible. I think that is one of their best qualities as they listen to their clients needs and wants and they don’t automatically provide the typical relator response of “I have done this for a long time and I don’t advise you to do it that way” the Sold Sisters approach is much more professional and it is very clear when their expertise show for themselves without having the feeling of being pushed to make a decision. Their abilities to juggle looking at different properties while placing offers back to back in this Hot Market was incredible. Never did we feel that we placed an uncomfortable bid and never were we pressured to go above and beyond our means. Instead they were both patient and courteous to our decisions even if it met moving on to something else. One of their best qualities is using their experience to provide information on where each property we looked at was located, without trying to influence recommendations based solely on the price of the house. Once we were under contract, I don’t think you will ever find anyone else that is willing to go beyond their call of duty. Their team work is incredible, throughout our escrow process to the day we got our keys!!

Cassie Stonefelt and Tammie Coulter, “Sold Sisters”, did an excellent job guiding us thru the sales process of our home. From presenting our property in Montecito, to the negotiations with the buyer and then the escrow process their expertise was invaluable.
